The Agora

The Agora is the General Assembly of the association, gathering 600-1000 students for four days.

The Agenda of the Agora is composed of:

- Plenary Sessions
- Prytania (meetings in which proposals for changes to the statutes are discussed)
- Workshops
- Other Sessions (e.g. Progress Meetings)

Delegates

Delegates have following tasks at Statutory Meetings:

- Register their local or AEGEE WG with AEGEE-Europe (this includes paying membership fees, if pending)

- Register themselves with the local organisers

- Attend plenaries and Prytania

- Voting on behalf of their local or AEGEE WG

Arrival and Opening Ceremony day: Thursday the 15th of April 2010

Plenary days: Friday the 16th – Sunday the 18th of April 2010

Departure day: Monday the 19th of April 2010
